How we Work

Before we outline our services, it’s important to understand how we work.

  • We are participant‑first — you remain in control at all times

  • We practice supported decision‑making, not pressure or direction

  • We obtain and respect consent at every stage

  • We maintain clear boundaries and avoid conflicts of interest

  • If we are not the right provider, we will help you find one who is

Our role is to support informed choice, not to sell or convince.

Support Coordination

Independent, professional coordination that works for you!

Support Coordination helps you understand, organise, and use your NDIS plan in a way that makes sense for your life.

We provide independent Support Coordination for participants who want:

  • Clearer planning and decision‑making

  • Stronger coordination between services

  • Support during complex or changing circumstances

  • Ethical, calm, and reliable communication

What we support with

  • Understanding your NDIS plan and funded supports

  • Connecting with appropriate, respectful providers

  • Coordinating services so supports work together

  • Supporting life transitions and changes

  • Assisting with problem‑solving when services aren’t working

We work collaboratively with existing providers and do not replace coordinators or services without your consent.
