Our Founder

Chris Condon, founder of Tactical Ability Group, has been shaped by a deep commitment to advocacy, compliance, and community service. With nearly a decade as an officer and detective in the New South Wales Police Force, he’s honed his skills in managing complex investigations, case management, evidence gathering and analysing critical data, to provide decisive and justifiable solutions.

In recent years, Chris has transitioned to the NDIS, NSW Child-Safe and Aged Care sectors, leveraging his extensive experience to help businesses achieve and maintain compliance with relevant Practice Standards. His diverse and robust roles has allowed him to develop, implement and provide technical, compliant, quality assurance, risk managed and operational strategies, to help organisations navigate the intricate landscape of these highly regulated sectors.

His lived and professional experiences has fuelled his passion for disability, child-safe and mental health advocacy. This personal journey has given him a unique perspective and a resolute determination to support others in overcoming adversity.
