Our Founder

Chris Condon, founder of Tactical Ability Group, has been shaped by a deep commitment to advocacy, compliance, and community service. With nearly a decade as an officer and detective in the New South Wales Police Force, he’s honed his skills in managing complex investigations, case management, evidence gathering and analysing critical data, to provide decisive and justifiable solutions.

In recent years, Chris has transitioned to the NDIS and health sectors, leveraging his extensive experience to help businesses achieve and maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and other standards (International Standards Organisation (ISO). His role at BSI Group and Provider+ has allowed him to provide technical compliance, quality, and operational expertise, helping organisations navigate the intricate landscape of NDIS registration and ISO Certification.

His lived experience with trauma and mental health challenges has fuelled his passion for disability and mental health advocacy. This personal journey has given him a unique perspective and a resolute determination to support others in overcoming adversity.
