We support participants, families, and support networks who want clear communication, ethical practice, and genuine choice and control. Our services are delivered in line with the NDIS Act 2013, NDIS Code of Conduct, NDIS Practice Standards, and international human rights principles for people with disability.

We currently have availability for new participants and referrals in the 2765 area.

Independent Support Coordination

We provide independent Support Coordination for participants who want support to understand, organise, and use their NDIS plans in a way that fits their life.

Our role is to help you:

  • Understand your NDIS plan and funded supports

  • Explore service options without pressure

  • Coordinate multiple providers so supports work together

  • Navigate change, complexity, or service breakdowns

  • Maintain choice and control at all times

We work collaboratively with existing providers and do not replace services or coordinators without participant consent.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Support

SDA can be complex. Our role is to provide clear, unbiased support so participants can make informed decisions.

We support participants with:

  • Understanding SDA eligibility and funding

  • Exploring SDA design categories and options

  • Preparing for transitions into SDA

  • Coordinating support interfaces during housing changes

  • Supporting tenancy stability at the participant’s direction

We do not sell housing, do not bundle services, and do not direct participants to specific SDA dwellings. All decisions remain with the participant.

Life Stage Transitions & Capacity Building

We support participants during periods of change, including:

  • Moving home or changing living arrangements

  • Transitioning into or out of supported housing

  • Changing providers or support models

  • Building skills, confidence, and systems for independence

Support is delivered at your pace, with a focus on dignity, safety, and long‑term stability.
